I have a 3 bedroom house in Sahuarita and would like to have a roommate for 6 months. The monthly rate would be $500.00 including utilities. I would require first/last and a $100.00 security deposit.The house is 2010 sq. ft. and all three bedrooms are upstairs. It is a non-smoking house with a 2 car garage. Could probably make accommodations for vehicle in garage depending on size. I want someone quiet with good credit references. The house is nicely furnished but modestly, the bedroom for the rentee is unfurnished. I have a third bedroom which is used for storage. There would be use of a barbeque grill, hot tub which accommodates 4 comfortably, a good sized bathroom with tub and shower, and a view of the Santa Ritas. Also, the house is only 3 years old and I have been the sole owner, living alone until now.
